Vent: expo line fell apart during a 40-cover saturday rush
We had a ticket printer jam right at 7pm and I tried to juggle calling out dishes while fixing it, ended up sending out a pork chop with the wrong sauce and a steak medium-well instead of rare. Guest was cool about it, but the whole pass backed up for 10 minutes. How do you all keep expo moving when the tech craps out mid-service?
