That little coffee shop on Elm Street finally got uncanceled in my book

I avoided Brew & Co. for a year after they fired a barista over a Facebook rant, but I went back last Tuesday and the new crew actually apologized for how they handled it. Anyone else give a second chance to a place that messed up bad?

Heard my friend went back after they banned a regular for arguing and the owner bought her a free muffin to make peace.

Gracec16 that story about the muffin is kind of sweet honestly. It's funny how a little peace offering like that can smooth things over way faster than a formal apology sometimes. Makes you think most small businesses just want everyone to get along, even if it takes a free pastry.
