Learned something cool from a buddy who runs a pizza spot. He said bad reviews can actually help you if you handle them right, because people scroll past five star stuff but stop dead on a one star rant. His worst review ever, some guy mad about cold garlic knots, ended up pulling in like thirty new customers who came just to see if the place was as bad as the guy claimed. They all ordered knots too, which was the funny part. So honestly your uncle might have done you a favor without meaning to, a bad review that gets ignored is like free advertising that never expires.
