PSA: My RRSP contribution deadline snuck up, cost me $1,400 in tax I could've avoided
I finally set a calendar reminder for Feb 25 after missing the March 3 deadline in 2024 and getting hit with an extra $1,400 on my return, has anyone else found a trick that sticks better than just remembering?

Been there lol. Missed mine back in 2022 and my "big brain" move was just assuming I'd remember since it's the same time every year. Spoiler: I did not remember. Now I set the reminder for like Feb 1 so future me actually has time to move money around.
