PSA: my old shop in Fresno got hit by the health dept over one dirty band saw
The inspector walked in unannounced 3 weeks ago and went straight to our band saw, found old fat buildup under the guide bearings that we never pulled off. We got a 2 day closure and lost about $900 in orders because nobody wanted to take apart the tensioner wheel on a Friday. How often are you all pulling your guides and scraping the underside, or am I the only one who let that slide?
