Update: burned $600 on a 3 year contract with a provider that couldn't keep a signal at my shop in Boise

Boise is rough for cell coverage depending on what part of town the shop is in. Did they ever send a tech out to do a site survey, or did they just keep telling you the tower was fine? And what did the contract say about early termination when the service never worked in the first place? I'd be reading that fine print hard before eating the 600.
