Shoutout to the small ISP in Bend that had our shop back online in 40 minutes
Our internet went down at 9am on a Saturday (busiest grooming day of the month) and I figured we were stuck until Monday. The local provider sent a tech out by 9:40, he found a chewed cable behind the building, and we only lost two appointments. Does anyone else use a smaller regional provider over the big names, or am I just lucky here?
