Found my old rent ledger from 2019, the math finally made sense
I was cleaning out a drawer last weekend and found the notebook where I tracked every month I lent my brother money. Added it up for the first time, came to $4,300 over 14 months. That number floored me because I always thought it was maybe half that. It made me realize the bridge was never about one big fight, it was just me ignoring the totals for years. Has anyone else found old records that made you feel better about cutting someone off?
