PSA: I was rounding up every purchase to the next dollar for 2 years and it did nothing
I finally opened my savings account last Tuesday and saw the round-up feature had only moved $47 total since January 2023, because it rounds the change and not the whole purchase like I assumed. My $6.40 coffee only sent 60 cents, not $7. Has anyone else found a budgeting app that actually moves real money instead of just coins?

Guilty of this too, I thought I was secretly building a fortune and ended up with enough for a sandwich. Maybe we should just set up a real auto transfer and stop letting the app pick up our nickels.

Idk @the_simon, auto transfer just means the money leaves before you can talk yourself out of it. At least the nickels give you a little buffer for when rent sneaks up. Maybe the app is doing us a favor by keeping it small.
