I finally see the grocery shift after 5 months of price tracking

Started jotting down every staple price in my local H-E-B back in January, and the difference is wild. That same bag of frozen chicken thighs went from $7.49 to $9.12, but the store brand rice barely moved. Anyone else noticing certain items jumping way faster than others in their own area?

Are you seeing the same thing with eggs? Those went up like 40 cents a week for a while near me, then just stopped. Dairy is all over the place too, but the frozen stuff is the real wildcard. It's like they test what they can get away with.
