My budget flight got canceled in Denver and the "free" rebooking cost me $147
Last Friday my $89 flight out of Denver got canceled at 11pm and the airline's app kept offering me a rebook that was somehow $147 more, so I booked a $38 overnight bus instead. I got in at 6am dead tired, but I saved almost enough to cover two nights at the hostel. Is it just me or has anyone else noticed these so-called free rebookings almost always have a catch?
