Stretching before welding changed my whole approach

Back in my early days, we never really warmed up before a shift... just grabbed our gear and got to work. I used to have constant shoulder pain from hours of holding a torch in awkward positions. Now, I spend five minutes doing simple arm and back stretches in the morning. It sounds small, but it makes a huge difference in how I feel by lunchtime. The younger guys on site are all doing it too, and we even share tips on good moves. Seeing this shift from just pushing through pain to taking care of ourselves is pretty cool. Honestly, it's made the job a lot more sustainable for me over the long haul.

My buddy's elbow pain stopped after he started arm circles.

Physical therapy guides often recommend arm circles for early elbow pain.

Guess @knight.dylan's guides are onto something after all.

Switching to dynamic stretches before work and static holds after really upped my game. Makes those long overhead passes way more manageable.
