Turned my nose up at flat top griddles for 5 years, then a guy in Kansas City cooked me a brisket
I always figured a griddle was just a diner thing with no smoke flavor, but after one bite of that crust I went home and cleared a spot on my patio for a 36 inch one, so what finally sold you on a cooker you used to talk trash about?
