The head baker told me my bread was 'too polite', I still don't get it
He said I was softening the crust and shaping like I was apologizing to the dough, so I slammed my next loaf on the counter in front of him and honestly the crumb came out better, but is aggressive baking actually a thing or was he just messing with me?
