Bought a $60 silicone bread sling and it changed my hot loaf handling forever

Spent 6 months wrestling with hot banneton flips and burned my fingers twice before I finally caved on the sling, and now I’m kicking myself for not getting one sooner - has anyone else tried a linen vs silicone version?

The linen ones are nicer for getting a clean rise but honestly the silicone is way easier to clean and doesn't hold onto moisture between loaves. Do you find the silicone affects your crust at all?
