Raised beds vs in-ground for my 8x10 plot in Boise, and in-ground won big
Did 4 raised cedar beds my first season and the soil dried out so fast I was watering twice a day, but the in-ground rows I dug last spring held moisture way better and my tomatoes about doubled. Anyone else in a dry climate ditch the boxes?

Cedar wicks moisture away too, so that's a double hit in Boise.
