Just heard a hangar rumor about counterfeit connector pins
I was grabbing parts in Tulsa last Tuesday and overheard a supply guy mention a batch of fake gold pins moving through two distributors. If those corrode or lose contact mid-flight, that's a nightmare we can't troubleshoot on the ramp. Has anyone else seen suspicious hardware lately, and what did you do to verify it before install?
