Man, come on. Two days Phoenix to Portland is honestly pretty solid, and a scratch on the roof could've happened anywhere, loading, the truck, some lot guy, who even knows. Brokers are just middlemen making calls and booking trucks, they're not out there babying your car at every stop. If you signed with the cheapest bid instead of a carrier with real insurance, that's kind of on both of you.
