The one week in March where 3 cars showed up early and not a single one had damage, I still think about it
Back in March I had a run where three cars in a row got picked up early in Phoenix, Dallas, and Columbus, and every single review came back 5 stars with photos. Normally I'm chasing drivers for updates and apologizing for a day or two of slippage, so that stretch felt like a different job entirely. Then the next run went back to normal, one car sat in a lot for four days and the customer left a review calling me a middleman, which stung since I've never brokered anything. Anyone else notice these good streaks come in clusters, or is it just luck with which drivers you happen to get?
Did your friend notice the same thing? Mine runs a small lot in Tucson and had a week like that in April, three clean deliveries and one customer even sent cookies. Next week the same driver went missing for two days, so she swears it's all about which driver you get paired with.
