The dispatcher in Reno flipped my whole view on brokers with one 2 minute call
I spent 3 days trash talking brokers to anyone who would listen, but when that dispatcher called me back after her shift ended just to walk me through the pickup photos I was missing for my claim, I hung up and felt like a jerk, so has anyone else had a single call totally flip how they see this industry?
