I noticed a big jump in my forum traffic after switching to a Q&A format

My site's 'General Discussion' board was getting maybe 10 new posts a day for months. After I renamed it to 'Ask Anything' and pinned a welcome post, that number went up to 40 daily within two weeks. What's the best way to keep the quality high when the volume increases this fast?

40 posts a day from just 10?" That's a crazy jump. Good luck keeping up with moderating all that.

That's a full time job right there. The spam filter is gonna be working overtime, and good luck spotting real reports in that mess.
