Sat down last Tuesday with a kitchen timer set to 9 minutes and just dumped 3 pages of ugly, unsent stuff about the fight at my sister's wedding in 2019, and not rereading it until the timer went off is the only reason I got past the first paragraph, so what's your version of the timer?
