I finally burned my 4 page apology letter to my ex roommate and the fire was the point
Wrote 4 pages to my old roommate Marcus about the deposit mess in our Baltimore apartment back in March 2022. He owed me $600 and I never said a word about it, just let it rot for two years. One night I read the letter out loud to my kitchen wall, tore it up, and threw it in the sink, and somehow that did more than mailing it ever would have. Anyone else find that saying the apology out loud to nobody beats actually sending it?
