Met a guy at a diner in Nashville who claimed JFK survived

I was eating breakfast at a Waffle House off I-24 when this older dude sat down and started talking about how he worked for the Secret Service in 1963. He said Lee Harvey Oswald was a patsy and the real shooters were three Cuban exiles hiding in a drainage ditch. Has anyone else heard a witness account that flips the official story on its head?

Ask him why he picked a Waffle House to drop all that on a random stranger. Seems like a weird place to spill decades old classified info unless he does this all the time. Did he say anything that actually matched up with real records from the assassination?
