Honestly that's why emotion tracking tech feels so off sometimes. Real feelings get mixed up, like laughing through tears at a bittersweet scene. Trying to code for that just misses the whole point.

Totally agree about the mixed feelings thing. Reminds me of a time my friend's dog passed away, and we spent the whole night telling funny stories about him while crying. A fitness tracker would have just logged a stress event or something. The tech tries to put messy human stuff into neat little boxes, and it just doesn't work.
