Finally got my chicken wings crispy after 8 months of trying
Tbh I thought my air fryer was just bad at wings until I started drying them in the fridge overnight. First batch last night came out with actual crunch instead of rubbery skin. Has anyone else noticed a huge difference with overnight drying?

The overnight drying trick was actually the thing that changed my mind about air fryers completely. I used to think they were just overpriced convection ovens that didn't work much better than the regular oven. But after trying the fridge drying method with a light sprinkle of baking powder too, the skin came out so crisp it surprised me. Now I always plan my wings the night before just so I don't have to deal with that sad rubbery texture again.

Adding baking powder to the mix is a solid call. It's that extra little push that makes the difference between good wings and really great wings.
