Man, I figured voice cloning was just some sci-fi thing people hype up for clicks. Then I heard a clip of "myself" that a buddy made with one of those free apps and it was creepy how close it got. My own mom probably couldn't tell the difference, which is scary since she's exactly the type to pick up a weird number and believe it. Guess I owe the internet an apology for laughing at those warnings.
