He ran 400 acres of corn for 30 years so I figured he knew what he was talking about when I asked about hooking up my 3 point implements easier. So I ignored the quick hitch idea and put that money toward trading up to a bigger tractor, thinking it would solve all my hitching problems. Now I'm stuck with a machine that's too wide for my orchard rows and I'm still wrestling the same hay rake every single time I hook it up. Anyone else get talked out of a simple fix by someone who meant well?
