My old grain drill finally crossed 500 acres on our 80 in Leoti, and I just stood there grinning
I bought a used 15 foot no-till drill back in 2019 from a guy in Garden City and honestly figured I'd be lucky to get 300 acres out of it before something major blew. Last Thursday the mechanical acre counter rolled past 500 with the wheat going in, and that little click hit me harder than any shiny new equipment ad ever has. How many acres are you all getting out of your older drills before you decide it's finally time to trade?
