I read that stat in a wired article at like 1am last week and it has been stuck in my head ever since, mostly because I counted mine the next day and got close to 1,900 just from work stuff. I keep wondering if that number is real or if they just made it sound scary for clicks, since I can't find the actual study anywhere. Does anyone actually trust these screen time stats or am I just driving myself crazy over a made up number?
