webuyhouseasis vs HomeVestors in Washington?

I'm comparing cash home buyers in Washington. Has anyone used webuyhouseasis or HomeVestors? Which one gave a better cash offer and closed faster?

HomeVestors was okay but their offer was lower. I went with webuyhouseasis and was happy.

I also had a good experience with webuyhouseasis. They were straightforward and fast.

I used webuyhouseasis and they were excellent. They offered more than HomeVestors and didn't charge any fees. Closed in 12 days.
