Vent: Skimping on salt in your cooking is doing everyone a disservice.
Seasoning properly transforms dishes from bland to memorable. I learned this the hard way after serving a tasteless stew to guests. Now I always taste and adjust before serving.

Oversalting can ruin a dish as easily as undersalting. I've served meals where the salt masked everything else, and no one enjoyed it. Proper seasoning means finding the right balance for the ingredients and the people eating it.

Seriously, layering salt throughout cooking saved so many dishes.

Forget balance, salt aggressively to make flavors actually pop.

Watch how salt pulls moisture from vegetables when you season them early. That little bit of science actually builds deeper flavor if you time it right. Getting bold with salt means knowing when to add it, not just how much.
