My panic alarm is now a phone timer, and the 3 a.m. math checks out
Used to lay there mentally retracing every unlocked car door and unplugged iron until 4 a.m., but last month I started setting a 90-second timer to physically check the two things that always haunt me, lights and locks. Has anyone else swapped a bedtime ritual for a boring checklist and actually slept better?
