My brother's parking advice saved me $80 in tickets

My brother told me last Sunday to always read the signs on the back of the meter, not the front. I laughed it off because I've parked downtown Austin for years. Yesterday I parked at a meter near 6th Street, checked the front sign which said 2 hour limit, and got a $40 ticket after 90 minutes. Turns out the back sign said no parking 4-6 PM for street sweeping. He's sent me that exact ticket photo three times now, anyone else ignored family advice and paid for it?
