TIL a trick for getting through the Everett DMV line faster
Honestly, I went right at 2:30 on a Wednesday after hearing that tip and was out in under 20 minutes. Anyone know if the Smokey Point location is any better?

My cousin swears by the Smokey Point spot, says she's never waited more than half an hour. She goes right when they open on Tuesdays. I tried the Everett trick last month at 3 PM and it was still a solid hour for a license renewal. Maybe it depends on the day or what you need done. What were you there for?

Finding that fast lane feels like winning the lottery. My luck is so bad I'd pick the line where the register runs out of tape. Last time I went, I watched the person in front of me try to pay with a jar of pennies. It was for a simple registration tab, but it turned into a whole afternoon thing. Honestly, I should just start bringing a folding chair and a packed lunch.
