A competitor's site audit made me rethink my own pricing pages
I was browsing a local agency's site in Austin last night, just to see what they charge for SEO retainers. They had a full breakdown of deliverables, timelines, and even a calculator for expected traffic growth. It hit me that my own pricing page is basically a list of numbers with no context, so I spent today rewriting it with actual examples of what clients get each month. I also added a simple FAQ section addressing the top three questions I get in discovery calls. It took about 4 hours total, but I already feel more confident sending links to prospects. Has anyone else found that being super transparent about scope helps close deals faster or does it just invite more negotiation?

Ha! I spent 6 hours on mine and still forgot my own phone number.
