I used to sketch on my lunch break and call it my art, now I get up at 5:30 for it
For about 2 years I'd doodle in a notebook at my desk during lunch at the insurance office and tell myself that counted as art, but the pages never really went anywhere past halfway done. Then back in March something clicked and I started waking up at 5:30 to draw before work, and the weird part is I get more done in those 40 minutes than I ever did in a whole lunch hour. Has anyone else found that the time you carve out around your job beats the leftover scraps of time during it?
