Pro tip: my writing teacher told me to stop outlining short stories and just write the ending first, and I still can't decide if she was right
She swore in a workshop back in 2019 that knowing your last line before your first keeps you from wandering, but half my best stuff now comes from having no clue where it's going, so which camp are you in?
