Dropped $120 on a prompt journal that just tells me to write about the weather
Saw a listing on Etsy for a "writer's block cure" journal, 90 pages of prompts for $120, and bought it after two glasses of wine. Every page is basically "describe the sky today" or "what did you eat for lunch" and I got more ideas from a free thread on this sub in 10 minutes. Save your money and pull prompts from the library or here instead. What's the worst writing purchase you've regretted?

Yikes, $120 to be told to look out a window? My worst was a $40 "grammar guide" that was just a printout of stuff I learned in 8th grade.
