I finally hit 50 regulars on my book and had to turn down a walk-in last Friday
I've been at the same chair in Columbus for 3 years and it took me until last month to get a steady 50 people who rebook before they leave. When a walk-in asked for a color correction at 4pm on a Friday I actually had to say no, which felt weird after years of grabbing every client I could. Curious how other folks handle the jump from building a book to actually protecting it, do you block off gaps on purpose or just let it ride?
