Can we talk about what happened when my 2pm color client showed up 40 minutes late with a box dye story
Last Thursday my 2pm color client strolled in at 2:40 with a box of dark brown dye she'd already bought at the drugstore, saying she wanted me to 'just fix it' because her sister's wedding is in 3 days. I had to explain that a color correction like that usually runs 4 hours and $300 to $500, and she got mad when I said I couldn't squeeze her in before my 4pm cut. How do you all handle last-minute clients who show up late with box dye and expect a miracle before a big event?
