Overheard a dive supervisor say something that stuck with me
At a job site in Port Allen last week, I caught the supervisor telling a new tender, "The surface is where the real diving happens." It hit me how much prep work, comms checks, and gear staging we do before we even splash, and it changed how I run my own pre-dive routine. Anyone else have a quote from an old hand that reshaped their process?
