Lost $800 on a drysuit repair that failed in 2 weeks

Sent my Viking suit to a shop in Norfolk for a wrist seal swap and a zipper service. They quoted $450, then hit me with $800 after claiming the zipper needed full replacement. First dive off a dock in Galveston and the new seal tore clean out, suit flooded in 10 minutes. Anyone else deal with a repair shop that won't stand behind their work?
