Switched from parking my Mustang on concrete blocks to a real lift setup
Back in 2019 I was still using those old concrete blocks under the frame rails on my '65 Mustang. Thought it was fine until I found rust spots from moisture trapped between the blocks and the car last spring. Now I have a BendPak 4-post lift in my garage in Austin, cost me about $2500 installed. The difference in air flow underneath is night and day. Anyone else ditch the old school methods for something better?

My concrete blocks are now a planter in the backyard, haha.

Used to call it junk but now I see it's just a garden waiting to happen. You changed my mind on that one.

Yeah the block-to-planter pipeline is real, guess that's just how upgrades happen in every part of life.
