Am I the only one who hit 14 years of storing my dad's 1970 Nova and just now sold the house

I moved that Nova into my garage in 2011 after he passed, and last Tuesday I signed papers on the house, which means the car goes to my brother's place in Toledo next month. Fourteen years of battery tenders, dryer sheets in the vents, and one mouse nest I found in 2016, and now I have to teach someone else how to do it right. What do you tell a guy who has never owned a car cover, just hand him the checklist and hope he reads it?
