Question about that 1 in 4 stat on how many restorations never get finished
Read on a forum last week that only about 25 percent of project cars ever see the road again, and I can't tell if that number is real or just forum folklore. Half of me thinks it's low because every barn find story ends with the car running, and the other half thinks it's way too high based on the three guys on my street with tarped projects. Where did you all hear it, and does it match what you see in your own garages?
