My welder buddy in Dayton told me to stop body-filling over bare metal on my 67 Chevelle
He said the filler soaks up moisture and bubbles under paint within 18 months, which matches the blisters I keep sanding back. Anyone here spraying epoxy primer first instead, and did it actually hold up?
