Unpopular opinion: a customer in Tulsa made me redo a seam twice and I'm glad she did
Had a lady in Tulsa last month ask me to tear out and redo a seam in her hallway because she could feel a ridge with her bare foot. I was annoyed at the time but she was right, I'd been rushing my seam iron and not letting the tape cool long enough. Now I count to 30 before I touch it and my callbacks on seams have basically gone away. Anybody else get called out by a customer and end up changing their method over it?
