Unpopular opinion: a guy at my gym front desk gave me better job advice than my old manager
I was signing in last Tuesday and he asked how the job hunt was going, then said his brother got hired at a hospital in Tulsa by calling the hiring manager back a second time after two weeks of silence. I tried the same thing with a place I'd interviewed at in March and got a real answer instead of getting ghosted. Anyone else had luck just following up twice like that?
