Shoutout to my sister whose constant calls during my client meetings are driving me nuts

My younger sister thinks it's fine to call me anytime, even during important client calls. I've missed key details because I had to mute myself to tell her I'm busy. It's starting to affect how clients see me, and I'm worried about my reputation. I love her, but I need to set some boundaries without hurting her feelings.

Remembered my friend routing calls straight to voicemail during work.

Honestly thought family calls were just part of working from home for the longest time. Then a colleague mentioned she had a strict "silent phone" rule during meetings. Seeing her never get flustered like I did totally changed how I handle my own work hours. Now my family knows my calendar blocks are a hard stop.

That's such a game changer. Setting those hard stops makes focusing way easier. Family finally gets it now.

Took @tara_perry42's silent phone rule to finally train my family.
